Digirad has several service options available to meet your equipment and business needs.

Our service options range from comprehensive full service to supporting your biomed staff, so you can care for your Digirad equipment. By investing in a Digirad Service Agreement, you are making a commitment to deliver quality diagnostic imaging to your patients.

A Full-Service Agreement provides you complete comprehensive coverage for your equipment and staff. With unlimited applications and technical support, you can operate your Digirad system with peace of mind knowing assistance is just a phone call away. With priority parts and service, your downtime is reduced. We support reliability upgrades and software updates to extend the life of your asset. Full Service includes:

  • 98% up-time guarantee
  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
  • 100% travel & labor coverage
  • Priority parts with expedited delivery
  • Unlimited remote repair services
  • Unlimited application and technical phone support
  • Software updates (reliability and performance enhancements)
  • Detailed Quality Service Reports to support you in maintaining accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Discounted labor rates for additional on-site service as needed

Our Limited Service Agreement provides you an essential service solution with economical flexibility. The agreement covers 100% of parts, travel and labor for the first two service visits as well as two preventative maintenance visits a year. With unlimited application and technical phone support and software updates, you can rest assured your service needs will be delivered by a factory trained, authorized Digirad Service Engineer. Limited Service includes:

  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
  • 100% travel & labor coverage for the first two on-site service repairs per contract year
  • Priority parts with expedited delivery
  • Unlimited remote repair services
  • Unlimited application and technical phone support
  • Software updates (reliability and performance enhancements)
  • Detailed Quality Service Reports to support you in maintaining accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Discounted labor rates for additional on-site service as needed

We offer a Preventative Maintenance Agreement option for customers requesting a minimal service solution by a trusted service provider. A factory trained, authorized Digirad Service Engineer will perform preventative maintenance service twice a year to maintain the health of your Digirad camera. This solution provides confidence your system will have optimal performance and meet your accreditation and regulatory requirements. Preventative Maintenance includes:

  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
  • Unlimited application and technical phone support
  • Software updates (reliability and performance enhancements)
  • Detailed Quality Service Reports to support you in maintaining accreditation and regulatory requirements

A Parts and Support Agreement provides Digirad certified OEM parts, unlimited application and technical phone support. To qualify for this Agreement, your in-house Clinical Engineer must attend Digirad’s comprehensive training program. Should you require additional expertise or have staffing issues requiring a Digirad Engineer to perform onsite repair, the Parts and Support Agreement offers discounted labor and travel rates. Parts & Support include:

  • Access to Digirad OEM parts
  • Unlimited technical expertise by phone
  • Software Updates (Reliability and Performance Enhancements)
  • Discounted labor rates for additional on-site service as needed
