Service Agreement Options

A Full-Service Agreement provides you with complete comprehensive coverage for your equipment. With unlimited application and technical support, you can operate your imaging system knowing an experienced Service Engineer is just a phone call away. With priority parts and service your downtime is reduced. Full Service includes:

  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
  • 100% travel and labor coverage
  • Priority parts with expedited delivery
  • Unlimited remote repair services
  • Unlimited application and technical phone support
  • Detailed Quality Service Reports to support you in maintaining accreditation and regulatory requirements

A Limited Service Agreement provides another economical solution with essential service coverage. The agreement covers 100% of parts, travel and labor for the first two service visits as well as two preventative maintenance visits per year. With unlimited application and technical phone support, you can rest assured your service needs will be delivered by our highly experienced Service Engineers. Limited Service includes:

  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
  • 100% travel & labor coverage for the first two on-site service repairs
  • Priority parts with expedited delivery
  • Unlimited remote repair services
  • Unlimited application and technical phone support
  • Detailed Quality Service Reports to support you in maintaining accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Discounted labor rates for additional on-site service as needed

We offer a Preventative Maintenance service option for customers requesting a minimal service solution by a trusted service provider. An experienced Service Engineer will perform preventative maintenance service twice a year to maintain the health of your gamma camera. This solution provides confidence your system will have optimal performance and meet your accreditation and regulatory requirements. Preventative Maintenance includes:

  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per year
  • Unlimited clinical and technical phone support
  • Detailed Quality Service Reports to support you in maintaining accreditation and regulatory requirements
