DIGIRAD CORPORATION REPORTS 2010 FINANCIAL RESULTS
Digirad Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAD) today reported fourth quarter revenue of $14.7 million, 2010 full-year revenue of $56.2 million and an ending cash and available-for-sale securities balance of $30.2 million at December 31, 2010.

 

CMS ANNOUNCES REIMBURSEMENT INCREASE
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced an improved 16% reimbursement increase on SPECT nuclear imaging devices today. In January of this year, reimbursements had been cut by 36%, however, with the 16% increase the total reimbursement cut will amount to 20%. All reimbursements will be adjusted to reflect the new rate of 20% effective immediately and all payments made after January 1st will be reimbursed the 16% difference.

Digirad Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAD) today announced that it has received Conformite Europeene (CE) Mark approval enabling the Company to market and distribute its ergo™ large field-of-view, general-purpose portable imaging system throughout Europe and other countries governed by the CE body.
