RANDY L. WEATHERHEAD
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Randy L. Weatherhead became Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January 2006. He joined Digirad as Vice President of Marketing in August of 2005. Mr. Weatherhead has over 25 years of senior management experience in medical imaging sales and marketing, product development and strategic planning. Prior to coming to Digirad, he served for nearly eight years as Global Vice President at Siemens Medical Systems Nuclear Medicine and PET Products, a division with over $500 million in annual sales. |

| He was Director of Marketing for Technicare, a Johnson and Johnson company, specialized in medical imaging earlier in his career and has held senior sales and marketing positions with a number of smaller entrepreneurial companies specialized in medical imaging, including ONI in Wilmington, MA, Sopha Medical Systems, formerly of Columbia, MD, and ADAC Laboratories (now Philips) in Milpitas, CA. |

VIRGIL J. LOTT
Vice President of Customer Service & Operations
Virgil Lott joined Digirad in February of 2006 and became Vice President of Customer Service in August of 2006. Mr. Lott has held various positions in medical imaging field service for nearly 25 years, both as a field service engineer and in various field service management positions. Prior to coming to Digirad, he was the Vice President of Field Service at BC Technical, a multi-vendor service company. |

| He also held several management positions at Philips Medical Systems and ADAC Laboratories, including Region Service Manager, Director of PET Customer Service, and National Installations Manager. Mr. Lott received training in electronics from the US Army and in electronic design engineering technology from Capitol Radio Engineering Institute. He also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Coast University. |
