Digirad's key executives
TODD P. CLYDE
President & Chief Executive Officer
Todd Clyde became CEO and President of Digirad Corporation, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, in October 2008. He joined Digirad as Chief Financial Officer in November 2002. In December 2007, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Product Head, expanding his responsibilities to include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the product segment of the business.
 
Prior to joining Digirad, he held senior finance and accounting positions at Verance Corporation, I-Bus/Phoenix and Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Clyde holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

JEFFRY R. KEYES
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffry R. Keyes joined Digirad in September 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 15 years of experience in all areas of finance and accounting, including financial modeling and forecasting, SEC compliance reporting, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. He has also served in key accounting financial management roles at two fast-growing medical device companies. Prior to joining Digirad, Keyes was Corporate Controller, from August 2011 to September 2012, of San Diego-based Sapphire Energy, a developer of alternative energy solutions. From April 2011 to August 2011, Keyes worked for San Diego-based Advanced BioHealing, Inc., a pre-IPO company focused on regenerative medicine as Corporate Controller, until it was acquired by Shire Regenerative Medicine.
 
From March 2009 to April 2011, Keyes held the position of Senior Director, External Reporting and Technical Accounting at San Diego-based CareFusion, a publicly held spin-off from Cardinal Health, where he oversaw a variety of reporting, technical accounting, and M&A activities. From June 2008 to February 2009, Keyes held the position of Corporate Audit Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc., a manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. Prior to joining Caterpillar Inc., Keyes was the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting for Plum Creek Timber Company, a position he assumed in October 2005. Keyes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Washington University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State.

VIRGIL J. LOTT
Senior Vice President, Operations
Virgil Lott became the Senior Vice President of Operations for Digirad and DIS in October of 2009. His prior positions at Digirad included Vice President of Customer Service and Operations as well as Director of Customer Service. Mr. Lott has been in Medical Imaging Field Service for over 25 years, both as a Field Service Engineer and in various Field Service Management positions. Prior to coming to Digirad, he was the Vice President of Field Service at BC Technical; a multi-vendor service company.
 
He also held several management positions at Philips Medical Systems and ADAC Laboratories including; Region Service Manager, Director of PET Customer Service, and National Installations Manager. Mr. Lott received training in electronics from the US Army and Electronic Design Engineering Technology from Capitol Radio Engineering Institute. He also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Coast University.

s RICHARD L. CONWELL
Senior Vice President, Technology
Richard L. Conwell has served as Senior Vice President of Technology for Digirad Corporation, makers of solid state gamma cameras, since June 2005. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Advanced Research and Development and Business Development from August 2001 to June 2005, as Vice President of Marketing from January 2001 to August 2001, as Vice President of Research and Development and Marketing from March 2000 to January 2001, as Vice President of Research and Development from June 1996 to March 2000 and as Vice President of Operations from May 1994 to June 1996.
 
Prior to joining Digirad, Mr. Conwell was Vice President of Thermo Gamma Metrics, a company which develops and markets on-line, prompt-gamma neutron activation analysis systems for raw-materials analysis, where he was responsible for the company's bulk material analyzer business. He was with Gamma-Metrics from 1984 to 1993. Mr. Conwell received his B.S. in physics and computer science from Ball State University in 1973.

s SARAH L. HANSSEN
Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and Business Development
Sarah L. Hanssen joined Digirad in January 2012 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Business Development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in driving growth via strategic marketing, business integration, operations and business development for global, publicly-traded healthcare companies. Throughout her career she has created and led commercial organizations, as well as managed a wide variety of channel, product and retail marketing teams. Her broad commercial expertise includes product evolution strategy and development, entry into new markets, managing licensing and partnership relationships and product marketing leadership.
 
Prior to joining Digirad, Hanssen worked for Amylin Pharmaceuticals from 2007 to 2011, where she held a number of commercial and alliance management executive roles. From 1995 to 2007, Hanssen worked for Roche Diagnostics Corporation's Diabetes Care Division, where she held various marketing and management roles. From 2003 to 2007, she was General Manager and Vice President of Disetronic Medical Systems, North America, a Roche subsidiary.

Hanssen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in quantitative management from Boise State University and an MBA in marketing management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

s MATT MOLCHAN
President, Digirad Imaging Solutions
Matt Molchan became Chief Operating Officer of Digirad Ultrascan Solutions in May 2007. He joined Digirad Ultrascan Solutions upon the acquisition of Ultrascan, Inc. by Digirad Corporation in May 2007. Prior to joining Digirad, Matt was the CFO for Ultrascan, Inc – the southeast's largest mobile ultrasound business.
 
Matt joined Ultrascan, Inc. in 2003. Prior to Ultrascan, Matt held various executive level business development, finance and operations positions at Somera, Inc. and Equifax, Inc. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California.

s MICKEY KING, JR.
Executive Chairman, Digirad Imaging Solutions
Mickey has been a lifelong entrepreneur. Mickey King, Jr. became CEO and President of Digirad Ultrascan Solutions in May 2007. He joined Digirad Ultrascan Solutions upon the acquisition of Ultrascan, Inc. by Digirad Corporation in May 2007. Prior to joining Digirad, Mickey was the founder of Ultrascan, Inc. – the southeast's largest mobile ultrasound business. Mickey founded Ultrascan, Inc. in 1996.
 
Prior to Ultrascan, Mickey founded Lifescan, Inc. in 1989. Mickey sold Lifescan to Horizon Healthcare in 1994. Mr. King attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and has been a member of the Dean's Advisory Board of the School of Pharmacy for the University of Tennessee since 2002. Mr. King is also a member of the Tennessee Society.

s MARTIN B. SHIRLEY
Senior Vice President of Digirad Imaging Solutions Sales and Marketing
Martin Shirley became Vice President of Sales & Operations for Digirad Imaging Solutions in June of 2010. He has served in a variety of roles during his tenure at Digirad, including National, Regional and Territory Sales Management positions. Mr. Shirley has been in Medical Imaging for over 25 years with both clinical and industrial experience. His professional experience includes regional and territory sales experience at SMV America, a manufacturer of Nuclear Medicine equipment that was purchased by General Electric, and with Sopha Medical Systems.
 
He was also a Territory Manager for DuPont Radiopharmaceuticals. His clinical experience includes Multi Modality Department Management, Nuclear Medicine Department Management and Staff Nuclear Medicine Technologist positions. Mr. Shirley holds degrees in both Nuclear Medicine Technology and Liberal Arts
